This is a unique opportunity to lead, develop, and train on cutting-edge quantum computing solutions while nurturing talent in a collaborative, fully remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimize quantum computing algorithms and AI models for real-world applications.Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and documentation to enhance quantum computing skills within the team.Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate quantum solutions into broader AI pipelines and systems.Mentor junior engineers and AI practitioners, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.Stay abreast of emerging trends in quantum computing and AI, and introduce best practices into the team’s workflow.Create and maintain high-quality, clear written and verbal communication to support project goals.Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within distributed remote teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in quantum computing and its practical applications.Strong experience in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks.Proficiency in AI/ML model development and integration with quantum algorithms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear knowledge transfer.Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train technical teams in complex topics.Solid foundation in mathematics, computational theory, and quantum mechanics.Previous experience working in a remote, distributed engineering team.Preferred Qualifications:PhD or advanced degree in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.Hands-on experience developing educational materials or training programs for quantum or AI technologies.Publications, talks, or contributions to the open-source quantum computing community.
