Spa ReceptionistThe Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience from booking to checkout. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a guest-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Spa Coordinator/Receptionist is responsible for handling appointments, assisting with retail sales, maintaining reception and spa areas, and coordinating with various departments to ensure Four Seasons' standards of service are upheld.What You Will DoWelcome and consult with guests about services, amenities, and spa facilities.Set and coordinate appointments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.Provide recommendations and assist with retail sales tailored to guest needs.Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience.Handle telephone and email inquiries according to Four Seasons' service standards.Manage spa booking systems, ensuring reservations are accurate and optimized for productivity.Maintain communication logs and update staff on changes to bookings or tasks.Assist therapists and attendants with operational needs, ensuring smooth service delivery.Monitor guest areas (locker rooms, fitness areas, relaxation rooms) hourly, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.Process payments, gratuities, and service vouchers accurately.Prepare daily accounting reports and resolve any discrepancies in vouchers or payments.Assist with gift certificate processing and ensure proper handling of cash and bank balances.Maintain product knowledge and assist guests with retail purchases.Restock, price, and display retail products, keeping the area clean and organized.Participate in monthly and quarterly retail inventories, ensuring accuracy and accountability.Monitor packaging stock levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area.Update forms, reference materials, and guest collateral as required.Manage supply requisitions and restocking efficiently.Follow Four Seasons' standards for handling emails, telephone calls, and computerized systems.Perform mathematical calculations as needed for transactions and reporting.Communicate effectively in English (or other applicable languages).Work closely with engineering to address any maintenance issues promptly.Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment.Notify security promptly of any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns.Handle lost and found items appropriately, ensuring guest belongings are returned.What You BringReading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred) within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.Knowledge of spa software systems and hotel interface programs such as Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS, preferably.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva.High grooming standards, a genuine smile, and a professional demeanor.Passion for the health and wellness industry, with a proactive and guest focused mindset.Schedule & HoursFull TimeFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.What We OfferCompensation: $25.16 - $26.66Competitive wages and benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and Retirement Plan) as well as Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay401(k) Retirement Plan including Employer Matching ProgramEnergizing Employee Culture where you are encouraged to be your true self!Comprehensive learning and development programs to help you elevate your craft.Inclusive and diverse employee engagement & recognition events all year-round.Exclusive discount and travel programs with Four SeasonsComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms & Employee MealsAnd so much more!Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
