Branch Revenue: ~$30M annuallyCompany Type: Electrical ContractorOverviewThe Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of the Savannah electrical contracting operation. This role has full P&L responsibility and oversees all aspects of branch operations including business development, project execution, financial performance, team leadership, safety, and client relationships.The Branch Manager will drive operational excellence while scaling revenue, developing talent, and strengthening the branch's presence in the regional market.Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Leadership & OperationsProvide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Savannah branchOversee all electrical construction operations including project management, field operations, estimating, and support functionsEstablish and execute annual business plans, revenue targets, and margin goalsBuild, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across project management, field leadership, and support staffFinancial & P&L ManagementMaintain full P&L responsibility for a ~$30M annual revenue operationOversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost controlEnsure consistent project profitability and margin performanceReview project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as neededBusiness Development & Client RelationsDrive business development efforts to grow backlog and expand market shareMaintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new owner, GC, and developer relationshipsSupport pursuit strategy, pricing decisions, and contract negotiationsRepresent the company within the local market and industry organizationsProject Execution & Risk ManagementEnsure consistent execution of projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee risk management, contract compliance, and change management processesSupport teams in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standardsImplement standardized processes and best practices across the branchSafety, Quality & CultureChampion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulationsPromote quality workmanship and continuous improvementFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional developmentQualifications10+ years of experience in electrical construction with progressive leadership responsibilityProven experience managing a branch, division, or large operational unit with P&L responsibilityStrong understanding of electrical contracting operations, estimating, and project executionDemonstrated success growing revenue, backlog, and team capabilitiesExperience leading teams across multiple projects and clientsStrong financial acumen and decision-making skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience managing a $20M–$50M electrical contracting operationStrong relationships in the Savannah and Coastal Georgia marketBackground working across commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projectsWhy JoinExecutive-level leadership role with full operational ownershipOpportunity to grow and shape a $30M branch with strong market demandCompetitive compensation package including base, bonus, and long-term incentivesClear runway for growth within a well-established electrical contractor
