Variable Data Programmer

Job Summary: Daily receipt, conversion, manipulation and processing of customer data. Setting up complex variable print jobs with assigned deadlines. Salary Negotiable Skills: Must be versed in the standard office disciplines such as Windows 11 and Office 365. An intimate working knowledge of Visual FoxPro and Access or equivalent software including object-oriented, logical programming is preferred. Python a plus. Must have experience with Quadient's Inspire Designer composition software. Omnichannel, Scaler and Automation are a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Postal knowledge a plus. Must be well organized, self motivated and able to multitask with a high level of accuracy and precision. Duties: Receive, convert and or manipulate incoming data for assigned jobs. Perform data entry functions when needed and schedule permits. Design, write and troubleshoot programs to assist in data processing/manipulation. CASS/NCOA certify data. Postal presort data including complex merge/purge and dedupes as needed. Export presorted data into desired format for job. Prepare and print reports per job for billing and job tracking. Composition of PDF or PS output using Inspire Designer. Email output a plus.
