Mission: Ensure the effective implementation of all health & safety policies, projects and initiatives in the region.
Responsibilities: Ensure that Health & Safety legal requirements are identified and that all the plants comply with them
Ensure that Antolin Health & Safety Management System is implemented
Ensure that Health & Safety Transformation plan is implemented performing periodical follow up.
Coordinate the H&S Managers of the Antolin Plants in the Region: organize periodical meetings where promote best practices and lesson learned sharing
Coordinate ISO 45001 internal and external audits with Corporate H&S Manager: ISO 4500 internal audit plan, perform internal audit and support external audits
Manage the Region H&S management system documents.
Participate in the incident investigation of serious and more relevant incidents with Corporate H&S Manager
Report about the performance of the H&S Management System to the Regional HRBP
Weekly/bi-weekly report to Corporate H&S Manager.
Report immediately any new H&S inspection, claim and/or H&S Process in the corporate report and update any relevant news in the weekly meeting
What we are looking for: Minimum: Engineering degree or equivalent and Health & Safety master's degree (Safety+Hygiene+Ergonomics)
Desirable: Engineering degree or equivalent and Health & Safety master's degree (Safety+Hygiene+Ergonomics) + ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification
Experience in H&S department at least 5 years.
Experience as ISO 45001 internal auditor (1 year at least)
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence teams
Ability to lead organizational change and drive a positive safety culture.
Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, from shop floor employees to executive leadership.
Ability to sit, stand and have mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed.
Ability to conduct extended computer work and lead discussions with employees.
