Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions.Job Title: Quality Engineer| Req ID: 16237 | HR Contact: Elizabeth Bertapelle| Location: Building Envelope - Oklahoma City, OKABOUT THE ROLEThe Quality Engineer is responsible for establishing effective quality control systems, conducting thorough root-cause analyses, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring our manufacturing processes and products consistently meet the highest quality standards. TWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control processes in manufacturing using PFMEA, PCP's, QMS, and Lean principles.Monitor and analyze production process capability to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.Perform internal and supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements.Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to improve product & process quality.Establish and maintain documentation for quality standards, procedures, and inspections via ISO 9001 standards.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORA bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or an equivalent field is required.At least 7 - 10 years of related experience in plant quality and/or continuous improvement roles.ASQ Certification preferred.Experience with ISO-9000, auditing, and testing is required.Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, etc.).Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, DOE, and statistical analysis software.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
