Job Description: Job Summary:This position is responsible for coordinating the creation of localized theatrical trailers and other digital international Marketing materials to support our feature campaigns. This includes administration of ordering and asset management platforms, meticulous scheduling of a myriad of deliverables required to achieve key moments of a marketing campaign. Role requires working cross-departmentally with multiple teams, synthetizing objectives from a variety of stakeholders, and finding solutions that achieve multifaceted goals. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Coordinates administrative needs for the digital asset management platform Coordinates administrative requirements of OV source assets to support Int l Market Research requests Works with Managers and Exec. Director to establish localization schedules Supports Managers with all schedules pertaining to vendor deliveries Coordinates foreign language dubbed trailer audio with Client s Dubbing Group and confirm receipt of dubbed materials by all applicable vendors Provides continuous communication with individual Int l distribution offices for specific territory requirements Provides quality assurance reviews of English source assets and localized marketing materials as needed Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities across multiple global campaigns Reliable follow-through on small but critical tasks; strong attention to detail Qualifications/Skills: Basic qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or related experience Minimum 2 years relevant work experience Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software Desired skills: Strong communication skills Experience in Entertainment Industry Willing to ask questions; self-starter Basic post production knowledge Strong knowledge of Int l servicing Localization experience Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and software
