Marketing Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, CA, HybridSalary Range: $85,000-$95,000EVENTIM USA, the American subsidiary of CTS EVENTIM, is expanding its digital marketing operations to support continued growth in the U.S. market. With a focus on driving ticket sales, enhancing fan engagement, and strengthening brand presence, the team delivers marketing strategies across CRM, web, and social channels for a diverse portfolio of live events.As part of this growth, EVENTIM USA is also supporting the delivery of ticketing services for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, where CTS EVENTIM has been appointed as a Ticketing Service Provider (TSP) in partnership with AXS.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing B2C marketing initiatives across EVENTIM USA’s owned channels, while also contributing to the marketing and coordination of the LA28 ticketing program. This role requires a strong foundation in digital marketing, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners.Key responsibilities/accountabilities: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across CRM, social media, and web channels, with a primary focus on EVENTIM USA initiatives Assist in the execution of marketing and communication activities supporting the LA28 ticketing program, ensuring alignment with broader project timelines and partner requirements Manage CRM campaign workflows, including briefing, QA, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment of newsletters, e-blasts, and operational emails Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners — including EVENTIM HQ, AXS, and LA28 — to ensure timely delivery and alignment across marketing activities Support social media execution, including content coordination, asset management, scheduling, and performance tracking Assist in the creation and optimization of web content, including campaign pages, homepage placements, and event listings to support visibility and conversion Monitor and report on campaign performance across CRM, social, and web channels, providing insights to support ongoing optimization Maintain clear documentation of marketing activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects Contribute to process improvements and best practices across marketing operations as the team scales Key competencies and behaviors: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within live events, entertainment, or e-commerce Strong understanding of CRM, email marketing, and audience segmentation principles Experience working with marketing tools (e.g. CRM platforms, analytics tools, social schedulers) and comfort learning new systems Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Strong attention to detail, particularly in QA, campaign execution, and content accuracy Clear and professional communication skills, with experience working across stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong organizational skills Collaborative team player with the ability to operate both independently and within a broader team structure Interest in live events, ticketing, and delivering high-quality fan experiences Term of appointment: The appointment will be made under EVENTIM USA’s standard employment terms and conditions.
