Life Saving Products: Feel good supporting a team responsible for manufacturing components used in a variety of industries including electrical, fire alarm, security, access control, emergency communications, and mass notification. Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble electronic products and subassemblies using hand tools and fixtures (e.g., screwdrivers, torque tools, crimpers, cutters, wire strippers). Perform wiring, cable preparation, and connector installation per specifications; route and dress wires to workmanship standards. Read and follow work orders, bills of materials, assembly drawings, schematics (as applicable), and written work instructions. Conduct in-process and final inspections (visual and functional) and document results as required. Operate basic test equipment as trained (e.g., multimeter, continuity tester, power supplies) and record data. Identify nonconforming material, defects, or process issues; communicate concerns to the supervisor/quality team and segregate suspect product. Maintain accurate production records (paper or electronic) including travelers, lot traceability, and time/quantity reporting. Support 5S/lean activities by keeping the workstation clean, organized, and stocked with required materials. Follow safety rules, ESD requirements, and all company policies and procedures.
