Our shop rewards craftsmanship, problem-solving, and people who like working with their hands.What You'll DoWire electrical panels and assemble sub-assemblies from engineering drawings and schematicsRun wire and route harnesses for custom machinery buildsUse hand and power tools — wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and the rest — to produce clean, precise workPartner with mechanical assemblers to keep builds moving and troubleshoot issues on the floorTest new assemblies and troubleshoot to confirm everything operates as designedShare your knowledge with the team and help newer assemblers level upKeep your workspace clean, organized, and safeWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of electrical assembly, panel wiring, or comparable hands-on electrical experienceConfident reading and working from electrical schematicsSkilled with electrical hand tools (wire cutters, strippers, crimpers) and common power toolsBasic computer skillsClear communicator who keeps management in the loop on progress and roadblocks
