Electrical Project ManagerCollegeville, PASalary Range: $85,000-$120,000 (Depending on experience)Position SummaryThe Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial/industrial medium to large scale electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage all phases of electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocationAble to execute decisions efficiently and effectively to everyone involved with the projectAble to work as a team player alongside foreman, providing them with communicative data in real timeReview project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with requirementsCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgetsEnsure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and industry best practicesPrepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior managementManage change orders, cost tracking and project documentationFoster strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communicationsEstimate from time to time and able to prepare proposed change orders utilizing estimating toolsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)4 years of experience in electrical project management, with at least 2 years managing projects independentlyStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practicesProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA safety standardsExperience with estimating software (e. g.
