PVD Coating Machine Operator

PVD Coating Machine Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for PVD Coating Machine Operators for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to cross‐train in multiple departments and gain valuable knowledge. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining vacuum coating machines. Pay Rate 1st shift: $15.00 per hour 2nd shift: $16.00 per hour 3rd shift: $17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 1st shift – Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm 2nd shift – Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm 3rd shift – Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Duties and Responsibilities Operate vacuum coating chambers for coating precision parts. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain PVD equipment and coating chambers. Assist with grit blasting, cleaning, and fixturing parts as needed. Ensure a smooth flow of production through the department. Review drawings and specifications to determine parts to be masked, cleaned, or coated. Requirements and Qualifications High school education or equivalent. 1+ years of relevant experience as a machine operator. Must have experience with computerized production machines. Ability to read blueprints and drawings. Attention to detail and mechanical inclination. Able to lift 50 pounds at minimum. Job Type Full time, temporary to hire. Benefits Weekly pay.
