We hire people who raise standards.This is not an event planning roleYou are not here to “coordinate events.”You are here to execute a client engagement engine that drives pipeline, booked appointments and revenue. Events are the vehicle. Revenue is the outcome. If events are full but don’t convert, you fix it. You don’t manage logistics, you own outcomes.The MissionYou will build and execute a repeatable, scalable client engagement system that: Drives qualified prospects to attend eventsConverts attendees into booked appointmentsCreates a premium, consistent client experienceSupports measurable pipeline and revenue growthThis is not a support role. This is a front-line growth execution role. What You’ll OwnEvent ExecutionExecute all client-facing programs (workshops, dinners, appreciation events)Own logistics, setup, flow and on-site experienceTravel to and manage 3-4 events monthly (up to 8 evenings/month)Ensure every event reflects SWD’s brand and standardsYou don’t “run events.” You deliver experiences that convert. Pipeline & Appointment GenerationDrive attendance through confirmation calls, reminders and outreachPartner with marketing and sales to maximize event fill ratesScreen registrants to ensure qualified attendeesOwn the process from registration à attendance à appointment If seats are empty or unqualified, you fix the system. Follow-Up & Conversion SupportEnsure all prospects are scheduled, documented, and handed off cleanlyInput appointments into CRM, calendars and communication systemsCoordinate post-event follow-up with advisors and marketingTrack where breakdowns happen and solve themSpeed and precision win here. CRM & Data OwnershipMaintain accurate prospect records and client journey stagesTrack engagement, attendance and conversion dataSupport reporting and campaign performance insightsEnsure no lead is lost due to poor executionIf the data is wrong, the system breaks. You own the data. Cross-Functional ExecutionWork directly with advisors, marketing and operationsAlign event execution with firm-wide growth goalsSupport national event coordination and multi-location effortsAssist across departments when needed to drive outcomesThis role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and operations.
