Flexible schedules! 4-day workweek is available!Machine Type: Haas Axis 3, 3+2 Milling MORI DMU 50 full 5 Axis.DMG Mori 5 axis preferred; must have experience in low volume production with multiple set ups per day/week.Software & Computer Skills: MasterCAM, Epicor, Microsoft OfficeERP knowledge (Epicor is preferred), Microsoft OfficeEssential Duties and Qualifications:Sets up (100% program prove out), operates, and troubleshoots Haas machines; must be able to do full set ups frequently in a low-volume production manufacturing environmentAble to read and interpret programs and make edits to G & M codesCAM software knowledge is a plusReplaces tools, filters; adds coolantProficient using gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, and other measuring toolsResponsible for quality of each set up and productionProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematicsProficient knowledge of GD&TManufacturing experience working with in medical/aerospace industries preferredResponsible for maintaining cleanliness in the work area at all timesHelps reduce scrap, cost, timeMaintains positive work environmentReliable, timely and consistent attendanceEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
