Your expertise will help optimize production and uphold industry standards while working on a 7/7 rotation schedule.Required Skills:Proven experience as a Lease Operator or similar role in oil and gas settingsStrong understanding of lease equipment and operational proceduresAbility to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenanceExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently during shiftsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordNice to Have Skills:Certifications in H2S, OSHA, or other safety trainingExperience with new technology or automation toolsKnowledge of local regulations and environmental protocolsPreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or vocational certifications preferredAt least 2-3 years of relevant field experience in lease operations or oilfield servicesOther Requirements:Must be within 60 miles of Big LakeWillingness to work a 7/7 rotation (6AM-6PM)Tools will be provided.
