This position is focused on empowering the team totake accountability for company goals, business performance, continuousimprovement, and operational excellence. The Supervisor serves as theprimary resource, point of contact, and decision-maker for maintenanceissues. Requirements Key Responsibilities: \* Support building themaintenance team\'s technical & functional capabilities. \* Lead andsupport the strategic performance development of the maintenance team tocontinually improve maintenance strategies and equipment efficiencies.\* Oversee preventive, predictive maintenance, MRO Inventory control andplanning. \* Improve reliability of production lines & ensuringmachinery downtimes are reduced. \* Support teamwork between maintenanceand other departments.
