Qualifications:4+ years experience within product ownershipBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experienceProven experience in product management with a focus on user experienceData Analysis & Visualization: Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and ability to create clear and insightful reports and dashboardsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Experience with database systems and database managementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCertifications (CSM, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus Desired Skills/Competencies:Scrum Master/Project Management: Proven ability to lead Agile projects and teamsProcess Improvement: Experience with process optimization and automationTechnical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Google Workspace, scripting, and data platforms (Snowflake)
