Order Entry/Implementation Coordinator
Job Summary Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Order Entry/Implementation Coordinator to join their team! This position is Hybrid in Irving, Texas. Core Responsibilities Oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the USPS accountIdentify bottlenecks or errors in the order processCollaborate directly with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure orders progress through the system without delayMaintain all tracking and management duties throughout the USPS migration project, ensuring a seamless transition of servicesRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Strong understanding of telecommunications order types, specifically Installs, MACDs, and DisconnectsAbility to manage high-volume order queues with meticulous attention to detailExceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal engineering/provisioning teams and external client stakeholdersKey Competencies & Behaviors Communication skillsOrganizational skillsTime management skillsWork Environment Location: Irving, TexasHybridCompensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $25.00.
