Implementation Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (primary) | Houston / Sugar Land, TX (secondary)Duration: Long-term contract (Contract-to-Hire preferred)Rate: $40-55/hrTravel: Up to 50%Role OverviewThe Implementation Specialist is responsible for end-to-end application implementation and deployment. This role sits within a technical organization and requires strong technical aptitude, client-facing skills, and hands-on execution. Minimal configuration and no software development are required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead application implementations from kickoff through go-live Execute mobile application deployment, including access setup and validation Generate and manage QR codes to support application downloads Collect, review, and validate client-provided data for implementation readiness Deliver onsite and remote training to end users, including non-technical audiences Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation activities Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to resolve issues Maintain implementation documentation, follow-ups, and status updates Travel to customer locations to support deployment and training activities (up to 50%) Required QualificationsStrong client-facing and interpersonal communication skills Experience delivering end-user training and onboarding Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and explain applications Experience with data validation, spreadsheets, and basic data tasks Willingness to travel up to 50% Preferred QualificationsBilingual: English / Spanish #INDTSPeoplelink LLC, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
