We currently have one full-time opening and one part-time opening available.These roles are remote, work-from-home positions for individuals who are based in Moab, Utah or the surrounding area. Customer Service Representatives help support our customers with warmth, professionalism, accuracy, and product knowledge. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can stay organized and steady in a fast-moving environment.About The RoleThe Customer Service Representative is one of the primary points of contact for our customers and helps represent The Synergy Company through phone, email, and online chat support. In this role, you will assist retail and wholesale customers with orders, returns, product questions, troubleshooting, and general support, while helping ensure every interaction reflects the care and quality we value as a company.Compensation And BenefitsThese are benefits-eligible hourly positions. Pay range: $23.00–$31.00 per hour* *The posted pay range represents the full compensation range for this position. New hires are typically brought in toward the lower portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Actual starting pay will be based on relevant skills, experience, and alignment with the role.What You'll DoProvide customer support by phone, email, and online chat throughout the workdayHelp customers place new orders, follow up on existing orders, process returns, and answer questions about products or the companyTroubleshoot issues related to online ordering and order trackingBuild and maintain strong product knowledge so you can make thoughtful, accurate recommendations based on customer needsFollow company guidelines and regulatory requirements in all customer communicationsMaintain appropriate timing, tone, language, and professionalism in every interactionDeliver high-touch, white-glove service with care, accuracy, and attention to detailStay calm and professional during challenging customer interactionsMaintain strong quality scores across monitored calls, chats, and emailsCollect information related to reported adverse events in accordance with FDA regulationsAssist with additional customer-service-related assignments such as fraud screening, order management for other sales channels, and moderation of consumer reviewsWork independently from home while meeting performance expectations and guidelinesThis Role May Be A Good Fit For You If You:Genuinely enjoy helping peopleCommunicate clearly and warmly in both writing and conversationCan balance friendliness with professionalism and accuracyAre comfortable learning product details, systems, and processesCan juggle multiple tasks without losing attention to detailStay calm under pressure and maintain composure during difficult interactionsAre dependable, self-directed, and able to work successfully from homeWhat We're Looking ForRequired qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to read, write, speak, listen, and comprehend English proficiently enough to safely and effectively perform the roleMust be able to pass a background checkA strong candidate may also bring:Prior customer service experienceStrong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple systems at onceAccurate data entry skillsClear writing and grammarStrong attention to detail and organizationBasic math skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment where quality and detail matterSchedule And LocationThese are remote, work-from-home positions for individuals who are based in Moab, Utah or the surrounding area.We currently have two schedule options available:Full-time Customer Service Representative40 hours per weekMonday through FridayTypical schedule falls between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PMSome schedule flexibility may be available with prior approvalPart-time Customer Service Representative20–25 hours per weekMonday through FridayTypically 4–5 hours per dayShift will likely begin around 10:00 AMAlthough these roles are remote, employees must be based locally and able to participate in occasional in-person training, collaboration, or company activities in Moab as needed.
