We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys crafting polished, high-performance interfaces that traders rely on every day.The OpportunityWe are hiring a Front-End Engineer to design, build, and scale the user-facing side of the Tradeify ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about performance, design fidelity, and developer experience — and who can translate complex trading workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.You will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver experiences that directly impact traders globally. This is a hands-on role based out of our Boca Raton, FL office.What You Will DoUI EngineeringBuild responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworksTranslate designs into pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant UI componentsDevelop and maintain a scalable design system and component libraryImplement real-time dashboards, data visualizations, and trading-related interfacesOptimize for Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and cross-browser compatibilityState & Data ManagementArchitect client-side state management for complex, data-intensive applicationsIntegrate with REST APIs and WebSocket streams for real-time market dataBuild efficient data-fetching layers with caching, polling, and streaming supportHandle high-frequency UI updates with minimal performance overheadEngineering & CollaborationPartner with Design to refine UX flows and maintain consistency across the productWrite clean, well-tested, and maintainable component codeContribute to frontend tooling, build systems, and CI/CD pipelinesParticipate in code reviews and help define frontend engineering standardsTroubleshoot performance and rendering issues in productionWhat We Are Looking For6+ years of experience in frontend or UI engineeringExpert-level proficiency in React and TypeScriptStrong understanding of Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworksExperience building real-time or data-dense interfaces (dashboards, charts, tables)Deep understanding of browser rendering, CSS architecture, and web performance optimizationFamiliarity with state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux, or JotaiExperience integrating WebSocket or streaming APIs on the frontendSolid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive designAbility to work independently and move quickly in a startup environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience within fintech, trading, crypto, or financial data productsFamiliarity with charting libraries such as TradingView, D3.js, Recharts, or EChartsExposure to real-time market data feeds or order book visualizationsExperience building or maintaining design systems and component librariesKnowledge of animation and micro-interaction libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or CypressExperience with AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automationWhy Join TradeifyJoin a rapidly scaling fintech and trading platformWork on products used by a global community of tradersHigh ownership and ability to make direct impactIn-office environment in Boca Raton, FL with a fast-moving startup cultureOpportunity to work across the full frontend stack — UI systems, data visualization, and real-time interfacesCollaborative, ambitious, and highly driven team environment
