The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and oversee daily operations, manage the MOD program and ensure smooth functionality across all departments.What You’ll Be DoingResponsibilities include staff management, coordinating schedules, implementing effective processes, maintaining safety standards, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. The Operations Manager will monitor operational KPIs, guest feedback, and service recovery efforts. They will champion safety, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness across the park. Additionally, the OM will assist Human Resources and the General Manager to recruit, train, coach, and lead department managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
