Warehouse Manager

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager to be the clear owner of warehouse operations in a fast-moving secondhand/resale environment. This is not a support role — you own outcomes.You’re accountable for inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound flow, SOP execution, cost control, and daily communication with remote teams. Systems are evolving; you enforce standards, document issues, and escalate risks early.What You’ll OwnDaily warehouse ops: receiving, sorting, inventory, fulfillment, shippingStrict SOP enforcement; audits and retrainingEnd-to-end inbound receiving, outbound handoff, returns, and exceptionsInventory accuracy, KPIs, labor efficiency, and cost per unitHigh physical presence on the floor; pace, flow, bottlenecksDaily written updates via Slack; no silent fixesStructureWorks through the Sort Manager for floor execution (no direct sorter management)Escalates early on inventory issues, missed SLAs, labor overruns, or process failuresYou’re a Fit If You…Have 3+ years warehouse/fulfillment leadershipHave managed Spanish-speaking teams (Spanish preferred)Are detail-obsessed with low tolerance for sloppinessCan operate with partial/manual systemsWant full ownership, not a narrow role📍 On-site in Philadelphia · Able to lift 50 lbs
