We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and much more.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAmazon & Marketplace ManagementSupport full execution of Amazon Seller Central operations, including account management, product listings, pricing, and inventory monitoring.Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content) to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal strategies to drive sales growth.Monitor account health, KPIs, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform growth strategies and product positioning.Managing Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, with ongoing optimizations.Paid Media & Digital AdvertisingAssist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), paid search, and retail paid ads.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and objectives.Monitor campaign performance, implementing optimizations based on KPIs, ROAS, and engagement metrics.Support reporting on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for scaling and improvement.New Digital Channel Marketing OperationsSupport marketing operations for emerging and additional digital channels (e.g., Ulta, Temu, Faire, other marketplaces).Assist in onboarding, account setup, and catalog management for new channels.Coordinate promotional calendars, product launches, and campaigns across multiple platforms.Track performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, conversion, and revenue.Data & Performance AnalysisTrack, analyze, and report on sales, advertising, and campaign performance across all Amazon and new digital channels.Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using data-driven insights.Support strategic recommendations to enhance sales growth, marketing effectiveness, and customer acquisition.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Marketing SupportWork closely with ecommerce, marketing, social, and operations teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are executed seamlessly.Support customer service and coordinate with the Customer Support team to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience.Assist with broader marketing team projects, including campaign development, content creation, and internal initiatives.Help coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables for cross-channel campaigns and projects to ensure alignment with business goals.Qualifications2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace managementHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (listings, inventory, pricing, and account management)Experience managing or supporting Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) or similar paid media platformsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales, advertising, and performance dataProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysisExperience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channelsHighly detail-oriented with strong project management skills in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or CPGExperience with additional marketplaces (e.g., Ulta, Shopify, Temu, Faire)Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content, SEO, and listing optimization best practicesUnderstanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate)Exposure to social media or influencer marketing (Instagram, TikTok)Experience in high-growth or startup environmentsBasic knowledge of lifecycle or retention marketingExperience supporting product launches, promotions, or seasonal campaigns Compensation: $30-$32/hour based on experience and qualifications.We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
