Front Desk & Warranty Coordinator

Job Description MTY Builders is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Warranty Coordinator to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for MTY Builders, this position plays an important role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, vendors, homeowners, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, polished, organized, and confident in both communication and presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling both front office responsibilities and customer service coordination for our warranty department. ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls professionallyGreet clients, homeowners, and visitorsManage incoming emails and customer service requestsCoordinate and schedule warranty service appointmentsMaintain warranty calendars, reports, and spreadsheetsCommunicate with homeowners, vendors, and field personnel regarding service requestsAssist with sales and closing documentationOrganize and file incoming documentsSort and distribute mail and deliveriesMaintain office organization and common areasMonitor office supply and snack inventoryProvide administrative support to multiple departments as neededAssist with office errands and deliveriesPerform additional administrative duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum 3 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, or customer service experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer systemsExperience in construction, homebuilding, warranty, or real estate industry is a plusBilingual in English/Spanish preferredHigh school diploma or GED required ScheduleMonday - Friday8 AM - 5 PM Pay$18 - $21 per hour, depending on experienceCompany DescriptionWe are a growing single-family and townhome builder serving areas in and surrounding Houston, TX.
