Job Title: Local Registered Nurse - Days/Night Shift -LTCLocation: Tucson, AZType: Full-Time | ContractShift: 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM / 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)Schedule: Alternating 36-hour and 48-hour weeks | Weekend requiredPosition Overview:Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Tucson, AZ.Responsibilities• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident responses within RN scope• Assess, monitor, and document residents' physical, emotional, and behavioral conditions• Perform admission assessments and assist with care planning, MDS assessments, and quarterly reviews• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams• Supervise and support CNAs and licensed nursing staff when assigned as charge nurse• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) when necessary• Participate in shift reports, emergency response procedures, and patient safety initiatives• Maintain a clean, safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment for residents• Participate in training, quality assurance, and process improvement programsRequired Qualifications• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Arizona• Current CPR/BLS Certification• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills• Ability to work night shifts and weekends• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentFor more details contact athdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
