POSITION OVERVIEW
In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of assembly related duties, including Box build, cable harness, power supply and fiber optics cables management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assemble product according to assembly instructions and/or written/verbal instruction.
Notify supervisor when a form or fit problem occurs during assembly.
Comply with company ESD requirements.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
· Using assembly drawing and prints to assemble parts
· Mechanical Electronic Rack Chassis & Panel Assembly
· Minor product modification using simple gear in a machine shop
· Electrical cable Harness production Soldering and assembly
· Handling Fiber optic cable harness assembly
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Consumable parts availability, monitoring and verification of availability
Assigned for Weekly Product Packing.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
General knowledge of manufacturing and its’ procedures.
Soldering capabilities
Good judgment and ingenuity.
Good time management, communication, and decision making skills.
Excellent team work skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Understanding utilization of mechanical assembly drawing
· Soldering skills and electronic troubleshooting
· Excellent mechanical, Cable and Harness assembly skills
· Knowledge of wire routing techniques
· Interrupting excel worksheet detailing weekly work plan
· High level of attention to details
· Team player that is flexible and capable of working in a multi-tasked environment
· Must have a positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent experience
· Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment with knowledge of the manufacturing process.
· Basic Knowledge how to use System and Computer in retrieving records

· Some pressure due to priorities in job may occur.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 19 per week
