Team members share a passion for providing accessible care to their neighbors and take pride in helping their own community.Job Description:As a Bilingual Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients at the Wilmington clinic. You'll provide front-desk support including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and translating for Spanish-speaking clients.Key Responsibilities:Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and empathySchedule appointments and manage patient flowVerify insurance and collect necessary documentationProvide Spanish-English interpretation as neededPerform data entry and maintain accurate patient recordsQualifications:Medical reception, registration, or admitting experience requiredBilingual in Spanish and EnglishHigh School Diploma or GED requiredStrong understanding of the organization's mission and commitment to community careMust pass a drug screen (including marijuana; valid medical cards accepted), background check, and provide education verificationAdditional Details:Type: Direct HireStart Dates: June 9th or June 23rd (following 2 weeks of compliance)Work Hours: MondayFriday, standard business hoursLate shift rotation on Mondays (clinic open until 8 PM; OT eligible)Occasional Saturday rotation (9 AM 1 PM)Reporting To: Office ManagerTransportation: Car preferred; public transit may be feasible if localPerks:Wine-colored scrubs eligible for employee discounts (not provided)Work alongside a compassionate, community-focused teamOpportunity to make a direct impact in underserved communitiesDirect hire with long-term stability and mission-driven cultureIn-person interview includes shadowing a current PSR for real-time insightDental, Vision, Medical, 401(k)Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
