Join our team and bring your best self to the table.What you will be doing Client Partner Senior Lead is a relationship-focused seller who excels as an analytical consultant, storyteller and negotiator. They are responsible for developing and growing their book of business by providing a best-in-class, data-driven partnership with an emphasis on creating an omni-experience for shoppers and brands alike. Client Partner Sr. Leads will do so by establishing and fostering partnerships with merchandising partners, 3P vendors, and by cultivating deeper relationships with key decision makers within their accounts. Client Partner Sr. Leads will provide holistic support for accounts from upfront MSA/T&C negotiations, annual planning strategy, Media Upfront/QBR/T2T support and more. Travel up to 25%The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, Los Angeles CA, San Francisco CA, Pleasanton CA, Dallas TX, Chicago IL, or New York City, NY Main responsibilities:Drive and exceed annual revenue targets by developing strategic, future‐focused CPG partnerships.Own quota for an assigned book of business, leading the full sales cycle from lead identification through contract negotiation.Build deep, strategic CPG relationships that extend beyond RFPs, including leading Annual Planning, QBRs, T2T sessions, and educational touchpoints.Partner closely with Merchandising on media upfronts, annual planning, innovation roadmaps, and category growth initiatives.Cultivate strong relationships across all CPG stakeholders, including brand, agency, shopper, and ecommerce teams.Become deeply knowledgeable across client objectives and identify gaps in product capabilities, escalating to leadership to influence roadmap evolution.Lead demand generation, proactive selling, and end‐to‐end program management through IO execution.Collaborate with clients to design measurable omni-channel campaigns—across in‐store and digital—that tie directly to overarching business goals.Mentor Client Success and cross‐functional teams; serve as a trusted partner and operational leader alongside Account Management.Recognized as a cross‐functional leader, driving key internal and external initiatives within the vertical.Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, ensuring accurate weekly data hygiene and visibility into pipeline and performance metrics.Improve key sales performance indicators, including win rate, deal slippage, sales cycle duration, and client outreach effectiveness.Leverage multiple data sources (Power BI, Hub, Criteo UI, earnings reports, industry trends) to craft compelling, insight‐driven narratives.Continuously deepen expertise in the evolving retail media landscape We are looking for candidates who possess the following:7 plusyears of sales/retail/media experience Thought leader in digital advertising and retail media Proven ability to meet/exceed quota, track revenue and grow accounts Track record of success with complex media programs, developing omnichannel programs leveraging multi-faceted product suites that focus on clients business challenges and seeks to create long term client partnership Demonstrates strong presentation skills with ability to prep and present based on audience including C-Suite Proven ability to foster deep partnership with merchandising leadersWe also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
