DescriptionJob PurposeThe role of the Presentation Lead is to collaborate and communicate merchandising direction across retail stores. Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinates timelines for development of communication, printing, and on-time delivery to stores and field leaders.Develops communication that translates complex concepts into clear and easy to understand communication with effective layout and design, language, and tone for the intended audience.Maintains communication tools as new projects and initiatives occur and provide updates to all appropriate cross-functional partners.Develops and maintains relationships with field leaders to gain constructive feedback regarding Seasonal Shops, Seasonal Flows, and general merchandising direction and communication.Collaborates with key business partners to ensure effective coordination and execution as it relates to merchandising initiatives including new stores, remodels, special projects, and initiatives.Secures funding for new initiatives, develops monthly forecasts, and provides financial updates.Manages the follow-up of all aspects of the timeline including kickoff calls, meetings, business partner communication, and status updates. Experience1-2 years of retail experience is required. Graphic Design skills preferred, but not required. Working ConditionsPresentation Lead usually works in an office environment, but the project may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace.
