Technical Program Manager – MarTech / Digital Experience Analytics

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager with strong MarTech and digital analytics experience to lead a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on digital experience analytics and customer behavior insights.This role will drive the rollout of a modern analytics platform (e.g., Medallia DXA or similar) and partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to improve how customer experience is captured and analyzed across digital channels.Note: Experience with similar platforms (Adobe, Quantum Metric, FullStory, etc.) is absolutely relevant—Medallia is NOT required.What You’ll Be DoingLead enterprise-wide rollout of a digital experience / customer analytics platform across multiple teamsGuide engineering teams on instrumentation, tagging, and integration approachesDrive onboarding and adoption across large-scale, multi-team environments (50+ applications)Partner with stakeholders to define implementation strategies and troubleshoot issuesEvaluate platform capabilities and conduct competitive analysis / tool comparisonsHelp shape platform strategy and build business cases for improvementsAct as the bridge between engineering, business, and vendor teamsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in Technical Program Management or Technical Product ManagementStrong understanding of MarTech ecosystems and digital analyticsHands-on exposure to digital experience / session replay platforms, such as:Medallia DXAAdobe Analytics / AEPQuantum MetricFullStoryGlassboxTealeafSolid technical foundation:Web technologies (JavaScript, tagging, instrumentation concepts)Data / marketing analyticsAbility to work closely with engineering teams and guide implementationsExperience working across multiple applications, teams, and stakeholdersWhat This Role Is (and Isn’t)✅ Is: Technical TPM / Technical Product role in MarTech✅ Is: Enterprise-level platform rollout + stakeholder leadership❌ Not: Pure Project Manager❌ Not: Deep hands-on Architect roleDetailsLocation: Malvern, PA (Philly suburbs – must be within commuting distance)Duration: 6 monthsInterview Process: 1 internal + client roundWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAbout Capgemini: Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
