As we continue to scale, we are seeking experienced professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while growing with us.Looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr SDET) with cross functional skills in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and prioritize testing strategies and test automation, as well as business stakeholders for requirements definition and testing prioritization.Responsible for UI, API and Security testing centered on a single page web application.Responsible for backend service testing and improving system stability.  This includes monitoring setup, load testing, Chaos engineering, and CICD, etc.Develop robust, high–quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.Automate test cases and write reusable scripts/tools to streamline team efforts and minimize repetitive tasks.Contribute to product reliability, monitoring and alerting strategies to maintain system services and IoT devices.Participate in product requirements specification and architectural design reviews to support testability. Have a deep understanding of business logic, system architecture, and product functionality.Leverage tracking tools and reports to maintain an overall view of system completeness and robustness at all times.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.5+ years of professional experience as a SDET, SRE or similar roles with deep understanding of system architecture, Middleware, databases, Message Queue, etc.Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS, Java and Python.Professional experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit, PyTest.Experience establishing system observability with metrics monitoring, log analytics, and traceability. Preferred tools include Prometheus, Grafana.Understanding of networking including the OSI model, IPv4, DNS, DHCP etcExperience with both Docker and Native application deployment.Experience working in agile development environments.Familiarity with source control tools such as Git.Ability to write well-documented, reusable, and testable code.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bonus Skills/ExperienceExcellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional and international teams.A strong sense of responsibility, self-driven and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.Strong multitasking skills, capable of efficiently handling concurrent tasks and delivering results.Experience with CI/CD systems.
