Production Associate

Production Associate - Start ASAP!!!!Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a key role in supporting efficient production operations. This position involves loading finished goods into boxes, palletizing and staging products for shipment, and supplying the production line with empty cartons for filling. Attention to detail is essential, as you will ensure proper labeling and product placement. You will also assist with receiving raw materials to support overall production efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLoad finished goods into boxes for packaging.Palletize and stage finished products weighing up to 50 lbs for shipment.Supply the production line with empty cartons for filling machines.Ensure accuracy and quality of labeling and product placement.Assist with receiving and handling raw materials.Essential Skills1+ year of manufacturing experience.1+ year of experience in packaging, palletizing, machine operation, or factory labor.Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.Experience with assembly, forklift operation, GMP compliance, material handling, or general labor.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift operation experience is a plus.Material handling experience is a plus.Mechanical aptitude is a plus.Machine operating experience is a plus.Why Work Here?Be part of a family-run business that values a friendly work environment and offers merit-based pay for growth and development.
