Assessing TherapistThis role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some DOR responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes. Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.Requirement Description:1 year of SLP experience - [Required]Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting.
