Start and end times are flexible as long as they remain consistent and are communicated with the Director of Rehab. This role functions as an assessing therapist with a lighter caseload while also supporting select Director of Rehab (DOR) responsibilities. Duties include attending morning and facility meetings, assisting with scheduling, and supporting overall rehab operations. The position focuses on enhancing rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients and improving patient outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration. No weekends or on-call requirements.Requirements:Candidates must have at least 1 year of SLP experience and prior leadership experience within a SNF or LTC rehab setting. Strong knowledge of PDPM processes is required. An active Missouri state license is required at the time of submission. New graduates are not accepted for this role.
