Position Summary Image Solutions is looking for a Production Assistant with apparel experience to be responsible for supporting the production process including processing purchase orders, verifying delivered items, updating NetSuite, and communicating with vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills. This is a hybrid position based in Torrance, CA reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager within our Supply Chain team. Responsibilities Purchase order management including submitting purchase orders to vendors, confirming deliveries, overseeing shipping schedules, PO reconciliation, and maintaining purchase records Ensure all invoices and packing lists are reviewed/reconciled, approved, and uploaded in NetSuite; process invoices for prepayments Facilitate factory inspections, production and in-house inspections Create barcode files Maintain and track product timelines and communicate updates/ETAs to Account Management Team, including but not limited to shipment status and flagging early or delayed shipments Update NetSuite daily with accurate information as it pertains to deliveries, quantities, invoices, and packing slips Communicate daily with overseas vendors to track production status Send out update reports, including weekly WIP to Account Management Team, weekly Factory PO status report Track, receive, and prepare samples for shipments Review Mainchain website for booking status Request Receiving if landed dates are not assigned Support domestic purchasing as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 3+ years in Apparel Product Development and Production experience, preferably with overseas/custom products Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus but not required Thorough knowledge of fabrication and garment construction Experience with NetSuite preferred, or similar ERP system Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality, organization, and accuracy; strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to travel if needed What’s In It for You?
