This position works closely with production management and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth workflow, and ongoing process improvements throughout the plant.RESPONSIBILITIESReview, organize and file all production-related documentsDouble-check forms for completeness and accuracyPerform daily data entry and maintain production recordsAssist in coordinating and documenting employee trainingVerify incoming deliveries against packing list and conduct receiving processGreet and escort vendors as neededCollect and organize production data for reporting and analysisAssist in updating and presenting performance metricsSupport daily and monthly improvement action plansParticipate in process improvement activities on the production floorHelp develop and maintain standard procedures and training materialsIdentify opportunities for efficiency, accuracy and waste reductionSupport cross-functional project executionOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential functions satisfactorily.
