Today, we’re looking for a Design Partner to help them raise the next few billion.We work with clients at their most pivotal moments, helping them navigate some of the thorniest challenges they face. They rely on us not only to design the pitch, but to turn performance, data, and vision into stories that move people to invest. They need more than a designer - they need a partner. And so do we.We interview boards, sweat the numbers, and craft the most compelling decks in the valley. Then we push founders to refine their delivery until it truly lands. You won’t be handed a creative brief - you’ll run discovery sessions, work directly with founders and CEOs, help define messaging, build narratives, and pitch founders on their own company. Everyone here contributes to strategy.This isn't your typical design roleIf there’s an industry, technology, or idea you’re curious about, there’s a good chance it will land on your desk. One day you might be deep in microturbinesthe next, you’ll be diving into microbiology. You won’t just observe these industries; you’ll help determine whether or not they thrive. You’ll work directly with founders and CEOs, which means your ideas won’t get lost in layers of bureaucracy or approval chains. You’ll have the opportunity to use and expand every part of your creative toolkit - branding, typography, motion, 3D, UX, and beyond - often helping early-stage companies build their brands from scratch. You’ll build meaningful relationships with influential leaders across fast-growing industries, all while helping shape a first-of-its-kind agency, defining what strategic design looks like. Along the way, you’ll become deeply fluent in startup storytelling, emerging industries, and every part of the capital raise process for startups and venture fundsWhat makes you a strong candidateWe’re looking for someone with strong aesthetics and executional horsepower. You should communicate clearly and intelligently across a wide range of topics, both verbally and in writing, and be genuinely curious about learning unfamiliar subjects quickly. Comfort ramping up on new technologies, businesses, and concepts is essential, along with proficiency in major design tools.
