Understanding of what needs to be in patients chart to provide care. Demonstrates proficiency in scheduling, and scanning documents. Maintains accurate documentation regarding MIPS requirements. Answering the phone professionally and transferring calls. Demonstrates proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Chrome. Understanding of Check-In Duties Tasking to appropriate staff.Interaction with patients, care givers, providers and other staff member is professional. Answering telephone and transferring to appropriate staff. Collection of copay/payments. Updating paperwork and insurance information. Preparation for next day. Transferring of phones to answering service.Work Quality:Accurate documentation into EMR. Ensuring all documents are scanned into patients chart. Ensuring all paperwork is up to date Collection of copay/payments. Tasking description of why no copay/payment is collected. Having all paperwork ready for next business day. Ensuring all patients are approved to go back. Being polite, courteous and professional.Initiative:Willingness to help others in any way possible. Seeks opportunities to learn new things related to the practice. Willingness to help with Check-Out.Professionalism:Demonstrates professionalism in attire and attitude. Promotes cohesive positive relationships with co-workers Treats patient and care givers with compassion and respect. Communicates with other offices/businesses professionally. Be conscience of surroundings while having conversations with patients. Making sure we are HIPAA compliant. Notifies Supervisor of unexpected events that may cause tardiness or early departure.
