Our company offers employers the ability to provide retirement savings plans to their employees through 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans.NWPS strives to provide an extraordinary work environment that supports the happiness and well-being of our staff, clients, and company.Join us to work on a team of critically-thinking, detailed-oriented people who support our clients and their employees with their retirement savings plans’ operation.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnswers in bound calls (no selling)Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plansEducates participants about their retirement account and features Data Entry and other administrative tasksFacilitates problem resolution and document processingKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office productsCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability Ability to multitaskShow initiative and be proactive when necessaryQuality-driven with a strong sense of accountabilityDiagnose problems and offer resolutionBe open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvementSalesforce knowledge preferred but not requiredBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusHigh School Degree or equivalentThis is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $20.25/hour - $27.00/hourBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
