Job Title: Customer Service AssociateJob Location: Towson MDDuration: 6 months.XXXX: XXXX/hr.Duties: Full-time onsite role during training then hybrid role onsite 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week Towson, MD Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance/performance laptop providedHours of operation: 7:45 AM-4:15 PM EST**Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience****Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF. Salesforce experience is a plus**Job SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities• Answers in bound calls (no selling)• Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans• Educates participants about their retirement account and features• Data Entry and other administrative tasks• Facilitates problem resolution and document processingSkills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability• Ability to multitask• Show initiative and be proactive when necessary• Quality-driven with a strong sense of accountability• Diagnose problems and offer resolution• Be open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement• Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusLicenses/Certifications• NoneEducation: Educational/Previous Experience Requirements • High School Degree or equivalentOR• Any equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training approved by Human Resources.Schedule Notes:Hours Per Day: 8.00Hours Per Week 40.00
