The role ensures structural integrity, safety, and compliance across the aircraft lifecycle using analytical methods and finite element simulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural stress analysis for metallic and composite aircraft structuresUse FEM and engineering simulation tools to validate design strengthEnsure compliance with safety, durability, and damage tolerance requirementsCoordinate with engineering teams for design and certification supportDocument test and certification results for regulatory approvalRequired SkillsBachelor’s in mechanical/aerospace/Aeronautical/Civil/Structural Engineering4-12 years of aircraft stress analysis experienceStrong knowledge of aircraft structural analysis methods and toolsExperience with finite element analysis (FEA)
