Both matters.Diligence - Remember that any meaningful goal is achieved through dogged persistence and staying engaged.Teamwork - We are a team that needs each members' contribution to achieve our mission.Responsibilities90-95%-Local DrivingAligns, levels, and anchors cranes and equipmentAssembles and installs supporting structures, rigging, hoist, and pulling gearConnects pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures with bolts, shackles, and clampsCleans and dresses machine and surfaces of partsControls movements of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spacesDismantles maintains, and stores rigging equipmentManipulate rigging lines, hoist to move or support materials, steel, and concreteSelects gears, cables, and shackles according to load size, facilities, and work scheduleSignals or gives direction to workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure the safety of workers and materialsTest rigging to ensure safety and reliability before engaging in hoisting and liftingIndividuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.Other duties as assigned/requestedProlift Rigging OffersCompetitive salaryBonus program that pays for performance401(k)Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageVacation and Holiday Pay InsuranceLife InsuranceOther additional personal and professional benefits are available.Required QualificationsCDL – CLASS A requiredClean MVR requiredGeneral Crane’s knowledgeMust have excellent mechanical reasoning.Good perception of math applications, weights, measurement, and balanceMust be flexible with your schedule, able to travel, and able to work overtime.Must be able to lift 75 lbs.Rigging experience requiredKnowledge of crane hand signals required.Flexibility to travel is a must, which may include weekends and overnight stays.Communication SkillsReasoning AbilityEducationHS diploma or equivalentMust pass a drug test and background checkCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCDL – CLASS A requiredOSHA 10-NCCCO Rigger a plusEOE/AA Minority///Veteran
