This position plays a pivotal role in the final stages of our concrete and sitework projects, handling final repairs, touch-ups, and adjustments to ensure our work meets the highest standards before handoff. We're looking for someone who takes pride in precision, communicates well with the team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Our ideal candidate has a broad skill set in punch-out work, is solution-driven, and can manage small repairs across a variety of concrete finishing tasks.What You'll DoComplete final repairs, adjustments, and finishes to concrete flatwork, curbs, and related site structuresAddress any deficiencies or quality concerns identified during walkthroughsCollaborate with site supervisors and field crews to ensure project completion aligns with quality expectationsMaintain tools, supplies, and a clean work areaCommunicate material needs or issues promptly to supervisorsMeet deadlines while following all safety and quality protocolsWhat You NeedProven experience in concrete, punch-out work, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality finishes.Proficiency in using various concrete tools and techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite.Who is RallyX?RallyX is a management company which owns and operates a suite of businesses in diverse sectors including health care, residential and commercial construction, and fleet repair services.
