We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team on the overnight shift in El Dorado Hills, CA.This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.Do you practice a high attention to detail? Do you have experience as a Lead or Supervisor who sees things through and is comfortable making decisions on the spot? If so, we'd love to hear from you!In this role, you will prioritize all client mailings on to ensure SEC compliance guidelines and contractual requirements are met. You will have approximately 15-30 direct reports, and you will coordinate resources between all departments to ensure efficiency is maximized while maintaining high quality standards.The work hour are Monday - Thursday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM PT, with some overtime required.Responsibilities: Prioritize all client mailings on production floor to ensure all SEC and contractual requirements are met. Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and labor cost. Coordinate resources between all departments to ensure efficiency is maximized while maintaining high quality standards. Responsible for a team of approximately 15-30 individuals including fulfillment clerks and production assistantsUse computers and a variety of software applications, to track, process, complete and/or dispatch work or coordinate freightDelegates and ensures all machines have work (minimize down time) and the right jobs are on the right machines; monitors and maximizes machine throughput.Oversee all labor, ensuring the operation is running efficiently; utilize outside temp agencies to increase and decrease labor as volume dictatesDelegates and ensures all output meets client specificationsMaintain and sustain a 5S safety environmentResponsible for advisement of cross training associates across Production Operations to reduce labor costs and position associates on the proper applicationsPlan/monitor/schedule proper labor coverage to match volume needs dictated by workflowEnsure the following shift is prepared to run as efficiently as possible and communicate priorities verbally and through daily e-mail turnoversMonitor factory dashboards and provide reports when neededQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent2-3 years supervisory or team lead experience2-3 years print maintenance experienceProficient in Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated follow through and meeting of goalsHigh attention to detailAbility to make supervisory decisions for teamAbility to work flexible hours as needed during busy timesAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as requiredRequires standing for long periods of time; stooping and kneeling; lifting to waist up to 20 pounds.The salary range for this position is: $76,000 - $78,000 USD annual.
