Role Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing / Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production moving, solving problems in real time, and improving workflow and efficiency. The right candidate is comfortable being on the floor, managing people, and taking ownership of output. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily production operations, including workflow, staffing, and scheduling * Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards * Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve throughput * Lead, train, and hold production team members accountable * Coordinate with purchasing and inventory to maintain material flow * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety across the shop * Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures * Monitor production output and address issues as they arise Qualifications * Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (automotive, machining, fabrication preferred) * Proven ability to lead teams in a hands-on setting * Strong understanding of production flow and shop operations * Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and keep production moving * Strong work ethic and accountability * Organized and detail-oriented Preferred: * Experience with CNC machining, fabrication, or assembly operations * Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
