Immediate need for a talented Accountant -Inventory & Revenue Accountant . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Artesia, NM (Onsite) . Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain inventory accounting processes, including tracking, valuation, and reconciliation Perform revenue accounting, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Execute account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Support month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data and identify trends or inconsistencies Collaborate with operations, finance, and accounting teams Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience Strong experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, or midstream environments Exposure to inventory-heavy accounting processes Experience with reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine, Trintech, or similar) Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
