This role combines deep product thinking with technical expertise to build a scalable insurance platform that powers all of our insurance product offerings.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap for our insurance platform's integration infrastructure and partner ecosystemCollaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture decisions, and implementation approachesLead the development of integration frameworks that enable seamless connections with clearinghouses, payers, and other 3rd party solutionsDefine and maintain API standards, documentation, and integration patternsUnderstand the partnership landscape and lead build/ buy decisions along with other internal teamsManage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholdersDevelop metrics and KPIs to measure integration success, platform stability, and business performanceManage technical debt and platform scalability considerationsDesired Skills & Experience5+ years of product management, technical program management, or product owner experience, with at least 3 years focusing on technical products or platform developmentStrong background in API development, systems integration, and platform architectureDeep understanding of REST APIs and willingness to learn technologies specific to the insurance ecosystemStrong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholdersExperience managing external vendorsTechnical writing and documentation expertiseProject management and organizationBonus PointsExperience working with insurance clearinghouses or insurance technologyBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits program including:Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance401(k) plan with company matchFlexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer FridaysMental health resourcesPaid parental leave & Backup CareTuition reimbursementEmployee Resource Groups (ERGs)California Job Applicant Privacy NoticeThank you for your interest in opportunities at SimplePractice LLC ("SimplePractice" or "us" or "we" or "our"). Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.The amount below represents the expected annual base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.Base Compensation Range $155,000 — $190,000 USD
