Pain Management Physician

Location: 1.5 hours from Oklahoma City, OKDuration: February 2025 - at least 6 months, likely to extend and could also consider locum to permReason for coverage: RetirementSchedule: Full-time (may consider part time schedule)Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5pCall: N/APatient volume: Clinic: 20-24 patients/day, 15-min. apt. (Mondays avg. 8-10 new patients); procedure days: 14-16 epidurals per day.Scope: Pain MedicineProcedures: not required, but they do spines, joints, Botox for migraines, epidurals. Most pressing need is for pain medicine management of current patients; Procedures are not required but physician has ability to perform procedures if they d like to.EMR: AllscriptsHospital: Level III Trauma. 283 total beds. 2 Procedure roomsGroup/support: Clinic: 3 LPN s in clinic, Currently 2 MD s, 3 RN s on procedural side, 2 Rad Techs with fluoroscopy machine. Support staff will enter the pain score and risk assessment scores into the history.Required: Board Certified/Board Eligible, OK License or IMLC license accepted.
