Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Professional Housing Consultant role located in Greater Houston. The Professional Housing Consultant will engage with potential customers, guide them through the home-buying process, and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include educating clients about housing options, facilitating sales processes, driving community outreach, and leveraging social media for marketing and promotion. Consultants will collaborate with sales teams and use their expertise to help families find affordable housing solutions tailored to their needs. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Sales ManagementKnowledge or experience in Real Estate and Affordable HousingProficiency in leveraging Social Media for marketing and outreachExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivation with a goal-oriented mindsetExperience in the housing industry, real estate, or a related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent work experience preferred
